Return & Exchange Policy

We at Kurta Mahal strive to deliver quality products you'll love. However, in case something doesn't go as expected, here’s how we handle returns and exchanges:

✅ Returns (Only for Damaged or Defective Items)

  • We accept returns only if the product received is damaged or defective.

  • To be eligible, please raise a return request within 48 hours of delivery with clear images of the damaged area.

  • Once verified, a full refund  will be processed at no extra cost.

  • Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment account within 10 business days

🔄 Exchanges (Size Issues Only)

  • If the size doesn’t fit, don’t worry — we’ve got you covered.

  • You can request an exchange for a different size of the same product.

  • A ₹99 exchange shipping fee will be applicable to cover logistics.

📦 Conditions for Return/Exchange

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact.

  • Exchange is applicable only once per order.

  • Return or exchange requests raised after 48 hours of delivery will not be Accepted.                                                                                                                          Exchange Approval & Delivery Timeline

  • Exchanges will only be approved if the requested size or product is available in stock and the returned item meets our quality check. Once approved, the exchanged order will be delivered within 7 business days
