Our courier partner will attempt delivery up to 3 times. If the package is not received, it will be returned to us. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.

If your order is damaged in transit, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged product and packaging.

In case of lost shipments, we will investigate with the courier company and keep you updated.
