1. Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 2-3 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays) after receiving full payment.

  • Orders placed after working hours will be processed the next business day.


2. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • We may offer free shipping on orders above a specified amount (if applicable).


3. Delivery Timelines

  • Standard delivery time is 5–7 business days for most locations in India.

  • For remote or non-serviceable areas, delivery may take longer.


4. Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order is shipped, we will share a tracking number via email/SMS so you can track your package.


5. Delivery Attempts

  • Our courier partner will attempt delivery up to 3 times. If the package is not received, it will be returned to us. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.


6. Damaged or Lost Packages

  • If your order is damaged in transit, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged product and packaging.

  • In case of lost shipments, we will investigate with the courier company and keep you updated.


7. International Shipping (if applicable)
